Voir le statue des cartes réseaux:

nmcli device status

Forcer le manage de la carte réseau:

sudo nmcli dev set enp0s31f6 managed yes

Modifier le fichier:

sudo nano /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
[main]
plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=true

[keyfile]
unmanaged-devices=*,except:type:wifi,except:type:gsm,except:type:cdma,except:type:wwan,except:type:ethernet,except:type:vlan

[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no

Redémarrer le service NetworkManager:

sudo service network-manager restart

Vérifier les fichiers:

sudo nano /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf
sudo nano /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf

Autres commandes utiles:

ip link show
sudo ethtool enp0s31f6
sudo lshw -class network

NetworkMananger unmanaged ou non-géré
